We currently do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do provide an exchange facility for eligible items under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Exchange request must be raised within 2 to 3 working days of delivery.

Customer must bear the return shipping cost (if applicable).

**Refunds:**
We currently do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

**Cancellations:**
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is considered confirmed and processing begins.

**Exchanges:**
We only accept exchanges in case of defective or damaged items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
